- I love color and paint in a very loose and expressive style. My intention with my paintings is to simplify shapes and communicate harmony and joy. Living in the country with my husband, our 3 children, numerous dogs, cats, chickens and gardens give me continued inspiration for my paintings. I am inspired by the art of Milton Avery, Rudy Autio, Matisse, and Bonnard.
